The Richard McCallum Clinic RotaCare El Paso is a free clinic powered by Texas Tech El Paso medical students, pre-med UTEP students, Burrell medical students, the Rotary Club of El Paso, and volunteer physicians. Together, we provide compassionate care to El Paso residents.
