What We Do
We provide free, high-quality healthcare to El Paso residents who need it most.
The Richard McCallum Clinic RotaCare El Paso is a volunteer-run clinic where compassion meets community. Our team of physicians, nurses, students, and volunteers dedicate their time to caring for El Pasoans every Saturday morning.
Our Mission
To provide free, compassionate medical care to underserved members of our community while fostering education and collaboration among healthcare professionals and students.
Every appointment embodies our commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to all.
Our History
Free Quality Healthcare For All
Founded in 2014, RotaCare El Paso was created through a partnership between the Rotary Club of El Paso, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, and the University Medical Center.

The clinic was built to commemorate the Rotary Club’s 100-year anniversary — a gift of service to our community. Since opening, RotaCare has provided hundreds of El Paso residents with free medical care, connecting patients to vital resources and long-term support.
The clinic operates on the grounds of San Pablo Lutheran Church, where each Saturday morning a dedicated team of volunteer physicians, medical students, and community members deliver care, hope, and healing.

Every week, our clinic operates thanks to the time and expertise of local physicians, nurses, students, and community members. Together, we represent what’s best about El Paso — people helping people.
